Windows 10 smartscreen thing was blocking the .exe. Research shows that's something to do with Unity signing certificates. Apparently, the culprit was the custom icon thingy. So, we got rid of that, and now it appears to be ok. If you still have some trouble, give us a call (I mean, send us an email, I'm terrified of phone calls).
